How do I save the invoice to my account on QuickBooks?
Paying the invoice is easy and very efficient. How do I track these payments in my QuickBook account?

Download "invoice" and "receipt" together in one file.
Rather than having to download two files, would be helpful to have this in one zip file.

Batch Bill Payment
Not much of an idea, just fix what is existing. First, bill payments have a check box to send later. As far as I can see there is no way to filter or take action on this checkbox. At a minimum I should be able to filter on the expenses list. Second, the ability to send multiple bill payments remittances has been turned off. I should be able to do a batch function to send bill payment remittances but it's not available. This function seems to be readily available in other countries but not Canada. Not sure why. Consolidate Intuit accounts - QuickBooks, Mint, TurboTax, Credit Karma
As a user of multiple Intuit services, I would like a single set of login credentials and account information across the services.
I have credentials across many of the Intuit family of companies, and it would be a big benefit if I could opt-in to sharing my credentials and account information between them. Mint would be better able to categorize invoices processed by Quickbooks, and TurboTax could potentially identify additional write-off expenses with tighter integrations.

I go to pay, but it doesn't say what I'm paying for. Would like to see that.
When I get an email, it doesn't say what service the payment is for...then I click and go online to pay and still doesn't tell me. I'd just like to know what the payment is actually for.

FIX THE DATE ENTRY
Until Yesterday (2/26/2021) you could enter just the day of the month you were currently in, and the rest of the date would auto fill. and if you were entering a different date within the year, typing the month and day would auto fill the year. Presently the only ways to enter an invoice date or line item date is to either type in the month/day4 digit year. Unless the invoice is supposed to be backdated to the early 1900's. OR using the mouse and drop down menu. Please fix it.

The recent update has added steps
The recent update has added steps to the process of entering bills and credits. I'm confused at why that would happen as updates are to IMPROVE the services,
not make it harder. It is frustrating as it now takes longer to enter things. Is there any fix in the works???1 vote -

Please give us a link to see a list of payments made and those which are outstanding. It is ridiculous we cannot see a list of prior payments

Make invoice payment link active again after eCheck payment is reversed by vendor
When I request my vendor to cancel my payment, the link on the original invoice to me is no longer active.

provide workflow to invite/enable people to create an account after entering their info -
to get around problem of can't save info after user clicks pay button you can provide 2 buttons - one that says "pay and create account to save info" - then present user with form pre-populated and prompt them only for username and password etc.
- or alternatively you can have a checkbox that says "create an account with payment to save info for next time" then if that checkbox is checked the pay button can use that state to behave differently and pre-populate the form and only prompt for username and password.

Change download name to be more accurate
When paying an invoice and downloading a receipt, it just downloads as "receipt". This is pretty annoying as you need to relabel the file every time.
Why not just have the invoice number and then the word "receipt"? simple enough to do from a coding perspective, right?

Make sure invoice reflects website pricing
Website says free shipping if over $100, make sure when sending invoices that they reflect what the website says
