Couldn't download receipt on computer. File was broken.
File that downloaded was broken and couldn't be viewed or saved in any of our PDF viewers at work. This is the first time it's been a problem.

Keep a record of payment confirmations
Keep a record of payment confirmations that can be accessed when one signs in. When I view an old invoice, I can see that it was paid, but I cannot find the corresponding confirmation with the date paid. This would be very helpful.

Payment dates
Please have the date of the invoice match the date of expected payment. I didn't realize I needed to pay the bill on the same day the plumbing was completed. The invoice gave my 4 weeks to pay. Also an itemized invoice would be good like a mechanic.

It won't let me print the receipt from my iPad
It has the green "print" button, but it doesn't actually print. It would be nice to have the option to download to iCloud files. I use the new iPad Pro.

Standardize the look of receipts and payment site.
I just paid two separate invoices from the same company. When I clicked on the "Review and Pay" button from the email I received, the page I was directed to for the second invoice looked completely different from the page I was sent to for the first invoice. The receipts that printed out also look completely different.

Not Apple Compatable
I cannot pay my monthly invoices on my iphone or macbook. Every month I have to forward the invoice to my work computer and pay it from there.

Creating an account with username and password -- recipe for disaster. Update your login to usernameless technology
Usernames and passwords -- the cause of 75% of hacker attacks AND major inconvenience for people. You need to offer users better experience like WWPass (you can check how it works at passhub.net). No usernames -- no way to be hacked! And no need to remember these stupid "uppercase/lowercase/special symbols" and other crap.

Include a "Print" button on the "Payment sent" dialog box
Please code a "Print" button to appear within the "Payment sent" dialog box to allow the payer to print (hard copy, PDF, Save to Google Drive, etc.) proof of payment (in addition to receiving the payment confirmation email message).

Print QB Cheque Directly from Software for Payroll or HST/GST Remittance
Right now, we need to manually enter a cheque expense for Payroll Remit and HST/GST Remit so that we can print a cheque from the software. I would like to see an option added on the Payroll Remittance or Sales Tax screens to be able to print a cheque for the payment directly from that page, instead of having to do a bunch of extra steps.
No sense in purchasing printer-friendly cheques from Quickbooks to add on time to a process! They should be saving us time, not adding to it.

Progressive Invoicing VS view remaining amount (SE Asia)
Since we have ability to make progressive invoicing from an estimate, the invoice list (Sales module) doesn't display the remaining amount but only the full amount of the estimate.
Would be great to have a column Total Due next to Total (and so the totals at the bottom would be updated too).
Or at least create a new estimate status: "Partly Charged" as it still displays "Accepted" as if it has not been charged at all.5 votes
