There should be a way of identifying an expence in the expence section (to make it stand out ) when youve filled out the invoice before it is paid in the bank,
its ok when the bank pays it because it comes up as a match,but it isnt easily recognizeable when it is in the expence section with the others waiting to be payed

Ability to block/remove invoices for Services you no longer use
I have a company that I have canceled months ago and they are still sending me invoices. I ask them to fix it and they say they will, but they never do and each month I get a new invoice. Quickbooks said there is nothing I can do about it - the invoicing company has to fix it. We need a solution that Quickbooks or I can do to solve this problem.

Add a line for Description like Invoice or bill number.

Save the receipt with a different name each time.
For example receipt with the date and a number (receipt20190701-01) or better yet include the invoice number in the file name.

Include date of payment along with the PAID on the invoice.
When you place the PAID onto the invoice to show that it is now paid, could you also place the date of payment also on the invoice?
That would make the record complete on one paper, rather than a separate sheet showing the date of payment.

issue with my ability to see texts..other
Please let me know if there is a way to get online email notifications of the alarm status as it changes instead of a text. My phone currently is not getting any texts and I have been paying for the service to be informed when my alarm is turned on and off for nearly a year but haven't been able to see what is going on. T mobile was not able to assist me and I am really frustrated with this. I would prefer to stay with your company for the monitoring if we can get this resolved.
