Every single time I have tried to pay for six months, this method will not receive the payment, so I have to fill out a new card information, then it says "we were not able to save your information." So that means next time I will not be able to use the "saved" method, and I will have to fill it all out again.

Add PayPal option and provide live hyperlinks in email directly to invoice to pay it
Add PayPal option. Also, the email link to invoice is not hyperlinked. I had to copy link and paste into my browser. Link is not live.

Confirmation Sent to Wrong Email
Every time I make a payment the confirmation email gets sent to David Morgan (davidmorgan@goldenhills.org) instead of to my email (jessikasheffield@goldenhills.org). Not sure why!

E-mail the invoice before the reminder one day before it is due. One day's notice with a threat of cutoff is not right.
My first notice of an invoice should not be the 'reminder' invoice that my service will be cut off in one day without receipt of payment. If you cannot send the initial invoice, provide an alternative automatic payment method. It must be one or the other...or I am going back to seviernet despite your two-year contact.

Automatic "Friendly Reminder" emails for an Invoice that hasn't been paid in 30 days
I receive a lot of email so it is very easy for the Invoice to get quickly buried in my email Inbox. It would be VERY helpful if QuickBooks (or the company issuing the Invoice) would automatically send a “courtesy email” as a friendly reminder that an invoice was sent 30 days prior and is outstanding.
The company that uses QuickBooks as their way of billing me is a small, local company and I feel horrible every time one of their invoices goes over 30 days without being paid – and it’s only because it quickly got buried in my…7 votes -
