There's support for Gmail but not O365. Please add support for O365! We used to be Gmail and switched, and now my invoices are coming from a different (generic) address!

Need SPF and DKIM authentication to be supported properly. I send proposals directly from QBO (highly customized estimate templates) and half of them are landing in my customer's junk folder because the emails are not authenticated to our company domain.

I send reports to the employees of our company. Only Intuit email address is available to send and the employees can't reply. This needs to be fixed immediately! It is unacceptable. Since it doesn't show from the company email, no one opens it or it goes into span. QBD had his feature! It is very unprofessional!

I agree with Mav. This needs to be fixed. Countless other systems allow for system sourced emails to be sent from the user's actual email address. This needs to be the same with QBO especially considering it was SOP with Desktop.

Being that the sales receipts and invoices get sent from the quickbooks email, we don't get a copy/confirmation that we actually sent them an email. I've duplicated sending invoices, not knowing if it was sent or not. We need it to be sent from the company email. PLEASE!!!

These guys are clowns, there have been many, many requests with this same issue. However, most of them have been removed from this feedback system (yes, I've been keeping track, including the 2 i raised with this exact request that started getting votes), likely by someone at QB. Instead of staying silent on this, why don't you provide a response? Why don't you consolidate all feedback requests of a similar nature and then see what the 'vote' amount really is? I'm sure it will be very high for this request.
A simple and basic function missing, causing untold amount of hassle and aggravation for all QB users. Stop trying to control this and make everyone conform to your unprofessional way of working. It does not look good for our clients to receive emails from QB, we want them to come from our own accounts. Every other software has this - in fact the QB desktop version had this as well so why not online? We DO NOT want your system to send our emails for us. It's as simple as that.
For anyone wondering, and for the techs at QB - quite simple, we want an SMTP option that allows connecting our email accounts to QB. This has been requested uncountable amounts of times so find all those, including the ones you deleted, add up the votesd and get working on it.
This will also solve some of the other requests such as email receipts, different accounts for different clients, checking emails have been sent and so on.
Get a grip Intuit, sort it out, stop deleting the requests such as this one as they get more votes so you don't have to deal with them. Just sort it out.
Bunch of unprofessional ********

Why has this not been fixed?? It is very unprofessional for any supplier to send invoices to a customer and the invoice not come from the supplier's email, let alone a generic email like quickbooks@notification.intuit.com.
