Vendor invoice submission portal, and approval, pending, and paid notices
I'd love if there was a way that all of my contractors and invoices could submit PDF (or however) invoices to my Quickbooks, then it automatically puts it in a list and I can schedule payment dates, account, categories, etc - Sort of a accounts payable workspace within "Paid and get paid" It'd need to be a link I can send to everyone on a job "Hey, submit your invoices here" and then it pairs with their contractor / w9 / direct deposit info

Get county tax amounts correct!
I’ve told the company that’s using your product several times that we’ve been overcharged for county tax for years. Now they’ve been able to edit the payment due amount but it ends up as we only paid a partial payment so there’s a balance that carries over.

Allow a payment OVER the invoice amount in cases where a previous invoice was paid but the payment was rejected.
You can choose to make a payment that is less than the invoice amount. Why can't make a payment for an amount that is OVER the invoice amount?

Either allow tips to be added when paying the *initial* invoice, or automatically take the payer back to the (promised) Tip Menu.

validate the company is truly who they say they are
how do I know this invoice is for the company and not someone who set up an intuit account and CLAIMS to be the company I owe money to?

Show all open invoices anytime clicking to pay an individual invoice
Our vendor sends weekly invoices, and times, when person is OOO and misses seeing an email for invoice payment, this would be a great catch to see all unpaid invoices.

allow us to send a paid invoice to a separate email directly. if we're paying customers invoices with details they have saved on file for services, allow us to directly email the paid invoice to separate emails without having to leave the screen

Include simple data
Including SIMPLE data like dates and a brief description allows for us as a client, to cross reference with what we are being charged for. With this not being included I have to then look at my calendar and that stalls me paying right at the time of receiving the invoice. it also feel too vague, and not personal. I could be accidentally charged for something I didn't have done or agree to.

Have options to pay past due, current, or other.
Currently, the online invoice only pays current amount. Make radio buttons to choose, Total balance, past due, current, or other.

I couldn't view or print the invoice before paying - this was incredibly frustrating!!!

Add invoices to your intuit account for easy lookup of current and past invoices.

Payees with Intuit Accounts should be able to access all their vendors that bill usiing Quikbooks Invoicing
Payees (even if not using Quickbooks) should be allowed to create an Online Account and per email address allow access to all the payee vendors that use Quickbooks invoicing (online or by mail) and shoyuld have access to their entire history of invoices and payments

Allow me to have connected to my own Quick Books company account
I paid my balance by Credit Card however I am also a QB user that is set up with payments. The system should have reconinsed me and allowed me to pay my bill via the QB network

Allow auto & one time payments via credit card & Debit Card... No one uses checks anymore...
Well its not super complicated... You just accept credit cards and debit cards and create auto pay application for said payment method!

Autosave receipts
Auto - save the receipts when you have an invoice and are logged in there shouldn’t be a “download receipt” option only. There should be an “auto add receipt to “receipts” option.
