I would REALLY like to be able to leave a comment when paying an invoice. In this case, an invoice I received presumed I wanted an extra service. So I didn't pay the full balance and wanted to be able to explain why in some kind of comment section that didn't exist. Now I will have to send a separate email to the vendor explaining why I paid less.

Add ability to pay invoice from my homepage instead of clicking on email link
Maybe this is already there but if it is it's hidden pretty well. I'm the owner/manager of a storage facility, and I tried to locate a way to pay a $20 cancellation fee. The only way I was able to do it was click on a link in the email advising me I have an invoice.

Let me attach a note to the payee.
There was an error on the invoice which didn't affect the price, so I paid it anyway. I would have liked to be able to advise the payee.

If one payment was missed, have the option of updating the payment account to include past payment rather than two separate invoices
I would like to be able to update the payment amount on the occasion that I have missed a payment so I can get up to date. As it stands now I have to make two separate payments

Logging into my account on your website. See past history of payments and current account status. These emails we get now tend to get lost..

Automatically send access to allow online payments of invoices
Instead of sending a paper invoice, me emailing you to access for online payment access and then me paying the invoice. Do not send me a paper invoice, just send me online payment access emails.

If you provide a certain percentage off by a certain date, take that percentage off the total invoice so that the balance due is accurate.
If you provide layaway and a certain percentage off by a certain date, take that percentage off the total invoice so that the balance due is accurate once the down payment is paid. I know that my balance is $234.59 due June 30, 2018, and this includes the 15% off the total order. This is not reflected in the automated receipt.

check number, Po number, or Job number field to help tracking and prevent fraud
including payment field allows tracking by payee, and in some cases would prevent fraud as payee could be acknowledging 'job number' on entry
