Send paid invoices
I would rather you keep my card on file and just send me the paid invoice. That's how I do it with other vendors and it's awesome.

Instead of Print Receipt, Print Paid Invoice (or save it as a PDF)
After I pay a vendor's invoice, there's a green button to Print Receipt. But when the receipt comes up, it does not show the details of the order for which I am paying. I would like to see the customer's name for the drop-ship order, and the items paid for on that receipt. Basically, what I want is to save a paid invoice as a PDF that I can associate with my other pages of that order. Just saying I paid $X to my vendor doesn't tell me everything I need.

Read the posts of suggestions. It seems obvious that users are wanting a “ memo” line. Someone is not listening.
You have asked for suggestions on how to improve the process. There are numerous requests for a “memo “ line. I suggest you respond to those suggestions.

multiple online bill pay option
Customers should be able to pay multiple invoices online at one time and, ideally, click through from the statement to pay them. Right now the only option I see is to pay each invoice individually online.

Improve sign-in and invoice payment
The sign in doesn't work smoothly. I am asked to sign in twice - once when I open the invoice and then again when I try to pay it. Often it tells me my sign in is wrong. I've had to change my password many times because of what seems like a problem at Intuit. Sometimes it only allows me to pay by directly accessing my bank account. Other times it permits use of a credit card which I prefer by far for online transactions. My data has never been saved, so I have to reenter each time. Believe it…

Allow customers to chose a different amount to be paid other than exact balance.

Invoice removal
I wish I could delete mass amounts of invoices from quickbooks at one time. I set up recurring payments for an HOA with 594 units and now the HOA plans to use another HOA software for invoicing. Its a nightmare trying to delete 6900 + invoices. Also, add a way to delete mass recurring transactions too.
Anything to make things easier on the Accountant.

the "Print Receipt" was blank
After paying, when I clicked on "Print Receipt" it was just a blank page
