Format bank account name for trust
When setting up a bank account, we are asked for the first and last name associated with the account. However, many bank accounts are owned by revocable trusts and the first and last name format doesn't work for that.

Copy/Paste on Invoice
The account confirmation field does no allow users to paste the number. Typing the number in one digit at a time is less accurate than copying the number from their financial institution's website.

include the details from original invoice on the paid receipt along wiht the word "PAID" stamped on it as a watermark!

Include the Invoice detail on the Payment Receipt. The IRS needs to see WHAT you paid for! How could you miss something so basic?

When I try to enter my account login and password, it does not work.
When I try to log in with my account and password, it rejects.

Include the month the invoice covers on the invoice- your invoices are too generic
It is unbelievable you would issue an incomplete invoice that does not list what the service includes, specifically including the time period the invoice covers.

Allow for payment of multiple invoices at a time.
Allow for payment of multiple invoices at a time. It is too time comsuming to have to open every invoice, pay it then move on and open the next. Quite irritating.

If both parties use QBO, allow an invoice to be paid via ACH info already saved...
If both parties use QBO, allow an invoice to be imported into payee's QBO... then paid with payee's bank ACH info already saved in their acct. PLUS import that expense into payee's books.

Receipt for payment. How come there is no choice as to how one wants the receipt. Though I clicked on "Print Receipt" nothing happened.
How come there is no choice as to how one wants the receipt once the payment has been confirmed. Though I clicked on "Print Receipt" nothing happened. Did not receive anything in my E-mail's inbox. There was no confirmation or choice which E-mail address I wanted the receipt sent. Not even given a choice if I wanted to download the receipt, or print it as a PDF.
