I would REALLY like to be able to leave a comment when paying an invoice. In this case, an invoice I received presumed I wanted an extra service. So I didn't pay the full balance and wanted to be able to explain why in some kind of comment section that didn't exist. Now I will have to send a separate email to the vendor explaining why I paid less.

The Service Plus Bihar portal has made government work so much easier. Earlier, I had to visit offices several times for certificates, but now I can apply online in minutes. The user interface is simple, and services are available for everyone. Very helpful website!
