Make it clear what your charges are for different payment options at the place where I am choosing a payment method.
When I am choosing a payment method I want to see what the charge will be without having to go looking for the well hidden chart of payment fees. It should be visible right where I am choosing an option. Currently it feels like I can't trust your online bill payment.

Actually give a receipt and not a blank PDF. Receipts are proof of payment.
Just give a valid receipt.

I’d like to receive paper bills because I don’t get the emailed notices on my regular mail.
The emails from you go to the ’ junk’ folder and not to my in box. I would appreciate a paper billing sent in the mail.

Ever file an amended tax return?
I had to recently. It really brings out the worst in the IRS/Government. in a word S L O W AF.

My invoice comes quarterly. So it would be easy for you to have quarterly autopay option. TY2 votes -
Correct sequencing for card entry
When typing the card number, each time the curser moves to the next 4, it moves to before the number entered. Exp 1234 6785 1239 5674

Venmo with a QR code
Venmo makes payments so much easier. We would not have to enter routing numbers and account numbers.

I, like so many others who have posted sugestions concerning the zip code field on your payments form, thought that I might not be able to pay for my purchase because I do not have a "5 digit zip code" but the form insists that I supply one. On a hunch, I tried entering 5 zeros to satisfy the form validator and I was then able to make the payment using my United Kingdom credit card.

FIX DECLINED PAYMENT ERRORS
After figuring out that an input error caused my checking account payment to be declined. Your system will not allow me to use my checking account as a Payment Method. I am forced to use a credit card each time. The declined payment was not due to unavailable funds, just a input error of account information.

include my account information
Include the account information that the invoice was paid from for both our records. What bank and account number did I use to pay your bill should be included on the receipt of payment. Also have the receipt emailed to me as well.

Inform end user of merchant's pay method choices.
Currently if the merchant has disallowed credit cards the end user doesn't realize its their choice and not quickbooks.
How its not legally required to inform end users of their payment and the commission a service like quick book takes is crazy to me. Just be honest in business.
It is kind of shocking how many people don't realize or understand how credit card fees impact the cost of goods. If they did there might be pressure from credit card consumers to demand lower rates. If i'm paying through quickbooks, but just sending a check would save the actual business…

Is it possible to add a Review Invoice Button as well on the initial email. You can't see what the charge is until you hit Pay Invoice.
Adding a Review Invoice button in addition to the Pay Invoice. You can't see what the charge(s) are for until you hit Pay Invoice.

Out of...
It says how much we are paying for the month, and how much the total balance is, but not now much we have remaining toward that balance. For example, this payment is for $100, bringing your balance to $2000 out of $3000. Something that shows how much we have paid and how much is remaining.

Have the name of the bank pop up when you enter your routing number. That way I can confirm that I entered it correctly.

make a way to connect my invoice directly to Quickbooks, instead of the general intuit login
When you receive an invoice from a client, you should be able to click a button to link it directly with your QB account if the client has not already done so. All you allow at the moment is to log in to the main intuit account to pay and nothing shows up in QB. Now I have to manually import the invoice.
