1. Routing number example other than check

   The tooltip for finding your routing number only shows how to find it on a check...who has checks??? It would be helpful if it said something like "this number is x digits long"

   At the moment we can create a bill in different currencies.
   However, when recording payments made, we can only use the home currency bank account or the bank account with the currency that matches the bill.

   However, there are cases when a home currency bill can be paid via a foreign currency account (due to a number of reasons). We cannot reflect this in QBO. Attached is a sample of the error I get when I try to process such a payment in QBO.

   Please allow us the option to record payments in any currency, regardless of the currency of the bill.

6. Consistent and traceable invoicing

   I have not consistently received email invoices. I have had to call to receive invoices. Checked spam and deleted. Confirmed with the office that no record of invoice was generated before the call.

   I want to make sure the account is up to date as the service has been very good. I even have to check the bin to make sure the pick up occurred, since place the bin neatly back at the curb.

8. improve efficiency of transaction

   When paying via my bank account, it takes way too long for the transaction to happen. It seems to take days or even a week for the money to actually be debited from my bank. In contrast, a credit card transaction immediately appears on my credit card statement.

10. Put Payment Link Information on Invoice/Answer the Phones Please

    Most organizations can't just click on "links" for security purposes so the phone number on your invoice should be valid and current and you should have someone to answer it please....can't make a phone payment if no one answers.

13. Integrate portals for independent contractors

    I've been with Quickbooks for almost 3 1/2 years now. I recently purchased Payroll but unfortunately they don't process ALL credit card methods. They only do Bank routing numbers or Debit Cards.

    When paying out independent contractors, we use all credit cards plus debit & bank routing numbers through PayPal, Venmo & Zelle.

    Quickbooks should get with it & create a system that allows Same-Day Instant Payment with ALL methods including credit.

    Otherwise my independent contractors have to purchase their own QB's Online in order to get paid. Which is an added expense.

    Since I am a quick books user in my business, I would like to be able to pay quick book invoices from other business within my quick books rather than an email link and I would like the receipt to be attached to that payment so I do not have to download and upload.
