9. Not charging a $40 fee just to use a bank card.

11. Accepting Australian banking details

    I tried to pay from my bank account, but it won't accept the 6 digit BSB number in Australia. It kept asking for an 8 digit Routing number which we don't have in Australia

12. Pull the money out of the provided accounts quicker

    The money needs to be transferred out of the provided account quicker. Or you need to put a hold on the money immediately, so that it can't be spent by mistake.

13. Add security to payment by check.

    Currently, all you ask for is the name, routing number and account number. Note that no notification is sent and no warning so anyone who has a copy of my check can use my account fraudulently.

    For credit cards, there are much better security features to include getting an email each time there is a charge on the card.

    Payment by check like you are doing it is absolutely horrid security and would fail any security standard.
