Why doesn't QB online not have an app for the desktop computer to connect to the card terminal?

Question below about Edina Daycare's scheduled payment- 3/1/2024
Hi. I went online today to schedule our March billing payment and set it for March 1st, but when I submitted it, it gave me the below info, but I didn't put account ending "8591": We don't have any account ending in "8591" so not sure what happened. What should I do??

Secondary Account Number Improvement
I understand the logic of disabling PASTE in secondary account number - to make the user really be sure of the number by hand entering it twice.
A - that's annoying
B - the way you do it is ineffective because I can SEE the 1st field and just eyeball copy it even if it's wrong.Suggestions:
1 - Allow paste in to 2nd field - everyone hates that it's disabled

My provider cannot auto-bill my CareCredit MASTERCARD. This used to work. FIX THIS
My provider had my old Carecredit Rewards MASTERCARD saved so that invoices were automatically paid. I received a new card (still a MASTERCARD), and they can no longer save it.

Allow me to pay multiple invoices at once instead of having to go back to my e-mail to find each individual invoice
I would like to pay multiple invoices at once instead of being sent via email each individual invoice that I have to go back and look for the next invoice to pay.....very inconvenient.

Why does auto pay need an Intuit password?
Make auto pay easier to use and more customers will use it. This post is a good example of how annoying Intuit is. Look at the sign in requirements below.

MAKE SURE SECURITY CERTIFICATES ARE UP TO DATE
My antivirus software flagged your Quick Book link for having expired security certificate.
I hit "proceed anyway", but it would have been nicer without all the warnings

I chose debit card, but the receipt said my payment was made with a credit card
I chose Debit Card as my payment method, but the payment receipt says my payment method was Credit Card. This will be confusing for payers. Please fix.

Single device payment
I opened the invoice on my computer, but then had to use my phone to complete the payment. Find a way to complete the payment on my computer without my having to go get my phone from the other room.

Reverse payments if initiated from incorrect account - you should not have 1 click payment set up!!
1st you should not have 1 click payment method set up. I thought I was going to a screen to pay the invoice and it paid it with the last account I used!! I need to be able to reverse this and initiate with the correct account.

Allow for the credit card fee to be added to the payment.
It should be possible to add the credit card fee to a payment to e.g. a non-profit.

Much harder to chx credit card for autopay than other other portals. Can that be improved?
Provide a very visible one-click access link to a spot to change payment method and credit card for autopay. I've had great difficulty finding such a place. My exp date and CVV code need updating and I haven't been able to do so.

Accept PayPal
It’s hard to read credit cards and it takes effort- just accept PayPal so we can quickly pay without all the hassle

Give the customer the option to pay with credit card/ debit card or Bank transfer. And they pay the fee. Thats what all other companies do. We are just charging them that on top anyway. Give the customer the power and control of how they want to pay. It sucks that we have to just tell them that quickbooks is *** backwards and we have to charge extra 1% for bank and 3% for card because for some reason we have to choose it for you before we bill you. Who thought of this? Obviously not a business owner????
