FIX DECLINED PAYMENT ERRORS
After figuring out that an input error caused my checking account payment to be declined. Your system will not allow me to use my checking account as a Payment Method. I am forced to use a credit card each time. The declined payment was not due to unavailable funds, just a input error of account information.

include my account information
Include the account information that the invoice was paid from for both our records. What bank and account number did I use to pay your bill should be included on the receipt of payment. Also have the receipt emailed to me as well.

Inform end user of merchant's pay method choices.
Currently if the merchant has disallowed credit cards the end user doesn't realize its their choice and not quickbooks.
How its not legally required to inform end users of their payment and the commission a service like quick book takes is crazy to me. Just be honest in business.
It is kind of shocking how many people don't realize or understand how credit card fees impact the cost of goods. If they did there might be pressure from credit card consumers to demand lower rates. If i'm paying through quickbooks, but just sending a check would save the actual business…

Is it possible to add a Review Invoice Button as well on the initial email. You can't see what the charge is until you hit Pay Invoice.

Out of...
It says how much we are paying for the month, and how much the total balance is, but not now much we have remaining toward that balance. For example, this payment is for $100, bringing your balance to $2000 out of $3000. Something that shows how much we have paid and how much is remaining.

Have the name of the bank pop up when you enter your routing number. That way I can confirm that I entered it correctly.

make a way to connect my invoice directly to Quickbooks, instead of the general intuit login
When you receive an invoice from a client, you should be able to click a button to link it directly with your QB account if the client has not already done so. All you allow at the moment is to log in to the main intuit account to pay and nothing shows up in QB. Now I have to manually import the invoice.

I sent a check for auto pay - please follow up for monthly payments
Trust Fund of elder mother -does not have credit card built in. Use of checking acct is all that is available. Please use this for monthly bills.

Accept debit cards, Stripe, Square or Venmo.
Please accept debit cards, paypal or Venmo. It's 2023 =)

Add additional payment methods this is ridiculous
Cmon it’s 2023 we should be able to pay any way necessary including credit cards and PayPal it should be illegal to not offer this as a choice. Stop bullying us into using banks.

Allow us to changes to the payment method
We should be able to login and make payment changes i.e. change the date of payment or edit card details without having to cancel and restart payments.

fix recovery
Whenever I try to recover account, I am sent to contact page, which wants me to log into my account. If I try to create a new account, it says my email is already in use (no kidding - that's the account I'm trying to recover). It just keeps sending me verification codes and asking me to contact customer service which wants me to log in. Useless waste of time.

Require merchants to enable at least one form of payment other than checking/savings. It's not unusual for people to be uncomfortable giving out their checking information to every small business they deal with. That's the entire point of debit cards.

System had selected Debit, and I needed to click credit. Does that matter? Billing appears to have gone through regardless. If it doesn't matter, then combine Debit / Credit. If it does, do not pre-select an option, instead have us click a selection.

Last time I paid a reoccurring inv. I made a mistake on second entry of acct.#, fixed it didn't go through, so I had to pay $10 extra. FIX
Last time I paid a reoccurring invoice I made a mistake on the second entry of my bank acct.number. I fixed it but it didn't go through on your end properly, so I had to pay $10 extra for a returned payment fee. Please FIX this because it is clearly a glitch in your system that I ended up being responsible for.
When there is a mistake in the entry for payment a red sentence appears below it, but even if you fix it you still you are charged a returned payment fee. Where is the fairness in that?

Allow payment via a banking account (checking or savings). This payment option was declined each time!!
While bank payment is listed as an option - this payment method was declined each time. Sufficient funding was not an issue. The error message clearly stated "payment method' declined.
