    Initially we were told auto payments would be an option. Without success, I've tried several times to set this up via Intuit. Please review this and other similar complaints. As well, I've been over-billed, asked for explanation, but received no reply from the HOA. My bank records indicate payments have been current all along.

    good to hear others vote and comment on saving information. Appears to be a software problem affecting my bank/intuit/HOA. The HOA suggests no other residents mention having to re-enter info every month. Bank assures the problem is not on its end. Intuit will not accept password. Nor will Intuit facilitate on-line communication regarding saving payment information. In fact, neither the HOA nor the bank will look into any problem it might be having with Intuit. Quite a system, no helpful feedback from any direction.

  3. Remember my Bank Routing Number and Bank Checking Account Number. Inputting it new every month is annoying.

  4. Set up URL so the routing number and account number are remembered so we don't have to always look them up for each payment.
