Individual email templates for estimates, quotes & acknowledgements or any custom form made
My client does quotes & acknowledgements of the quotes when they are accepted.
Because quotes & acknowledgments are both considered estimates, we can only set up one email response when sending the forms out.
My client would like a quote to say quote and an acknowledgment to say acknowledge when the email is sent without having to manually alter the email response each time. It is time consuming and is easily missing.
There has to be other companies having this same issue.
The desktop program did not have this issue. The custom forms were easier to design and individualize
