Recent update took away option to close Estimates
Before recent update I was able to close Estimates once the job had been completed and billed. I no longer have that option. We have a different s/w where we create invoices and they are transmitted to QB so I can't use the "convert to invoice" feature. Because the "close" option is gone I can no longer audit active estimates in our system.

Add both SHIPPING and BILLING addresses for VENDORS.
I have many vendors who use a separate company to do their Accts Payable work. I ship product for service to one address and pay their bills to another. Right now I have to monkey around and copy/paste the billing address in when writing checks to pay bills.
This feature is a Standard on all forms. Why not here?

Enable the check number & reference feature to show on reports.
I have to run a report for donations received to send to the state of Missouri because the state allows us to extend a 70% tax credit on cash donations over $100. The report needs to show the date of deposit, the name of the donor, the check or reference number and the bank the deposit was made. 1 It takes longer to convert estimates in to invoices . It has to be 1 click operation! Not 4!
2 It takes longer to create estimates or invoices! You must have an option to add multiple pictures at the time and not do it one by one!
3 You must have an option to choose from multiple emails when adding email from the contacts. Instead the app chooses the top email right after you click on the contact!
4 Custom fields MUST be under the address and not at the bottom.
