Enable the check number & reference feature to show on reports.
I have to run a report for donations received to send to the state of Missouri because the state allows us to extend a 70% tax credit on cash donations over $100. The report needs to show the date of deposit, the name of the donor, the check or reference number and the bank the deposit was made. As of now the check and reference number doesn't show up on the report even though they are listed, and the information is filled in the Ref # slot, on the deposit the information is blank under the Ref # option once the report is run. The option is there it seems like it needs to be turned on so that it shows up the report. I have uploaded 2 reports, one in the old Desktop which has all the information that we need, the other is Online Advanced that I had to upgrade to and was told that it would show the name of the donor and the check number or reference number of the donation. The name of the donor does show up as a result of the upgrade, but the check or reference number does not. We need that feature added, it's already listed we just need for the information that we input to show up under the listed feature. it would also be nice if the bank name would show up as well. The Desktop version got it right we just need the Online versions to report those same features. Online is an updated version so those features should have never been deleted.
