19. What are the limitations of manual PST to vCard contact conversion?

    Manual PST to vCard contact conversion has several limitations, because I also used it. When I tried the manual method, I realized it takes a lot of time and effort, especially when I exported many contacts. Outlook mostly exports contacts one by one, so converting a large PST contact list becomes slow. Another problem is that sometimes contact details don’t map correctly, which can cause missing information in the final VCF file. Also, this method can also create duplicate contacts or formatting errors, and the process becomes difficult for non-technical users.
