Allow Budget vs Actual Reports to show more columns to compare Actuals vs YTD Budget vs ANNUAL Budget.
We want to show each Department Head, where that Department stands with Actuals Income/Expenses at a certain date vs their Dept Budget at that same certain date, while still showing them the remaining Budget available by showing them the Annual Budget as well, all on one report. Other Programs have provisions for that without exporting to Excel and configuring it ourselves.

Please update Fixed Asset Manager to allow ALL Fixed Assets to show on a Report, not just the ones that have remaining depreciation.
Our Auditors want us to use a Fixed Asset Manager to reconcile to our Fixed Assets and Depreciation in the General Ledger/Balance Sheet. The FAM that QBO offers only includes Depreciable Assets, not Assets that have already been depreciated and still owned by Company.
Also, please condense the Depreciation into one large Journal Entry that encompasses totals for GL #s. Currently there is an individual Journal Entry to each Individual GL # for each individual asset. We have close to 100 assets. This makes the General Ledger unnecessarily lengthy.2 votes -

Fields incorrectly wrapping on the new PDF invoice
Multiple errors on the pdf/print version of the new invoice and no way to go back to the old one. FIRST, the company email address in the top section is wrapping to a second line making the email address invalid. Secondly, the SHIP TO field is printing even though I have that field turned off in the configuration. Tried online support chat and they were not able to view the pdfs to see the problem. HELP PLEASE!!

Report with invoice sent visibility
In the previous version, in the "Invoice List" Report in the configuration button you could click "Sent" and visualize the full list of invoices generated in a period of time and with this Sent function, see which invoices had been sent and which hadn´t. This was very useful since you could sometimes create an invoice and forget to send it. Now with the new application, this feature has been eliminated. I kindly request that this feature be included in the new version since it is very useful. Thanks in advance.

Invoice sent Audit Logs
Logs that show if invoice was sent and viewed by client use to be on the invoice page and you could see it directly. Now they are on an Audit Log, which makes it much more difficult to view this information and be able to timely respond to any questions required internally or by the client. This log should remain in the invoice section and it did before. Thank you.

The auto-update no longer allows me to group by Sub-Customer in invoices.
I've used QB for years, and I was always able to group activities by "Sub-Customer". That is no longer available. The only options are to group by day/week/type. Grouping by Sub-Customer is no longer available, so now I have clients calling me because the groupings don't make sense. I called QB and the call got dropped after I was on hold for 40 minutes. Then I initiated the Chat, but the person was unable to help after 70 minutes. Grouping activities by Sub Customer on invoices is a critical feature that must come back ASAP.
