I’m writing to raise a serious usability and reliability issue with your bank information form. The form currently prevents users from copying and pasting banking details (such as account number, routing number, IBAN, or sort code), forcing manual entry instead.
This is a major problem for several reasons:
• It significantly increases the risk of human error. Banking details are long and sensitive, and manual entry is far more likely to result in typos.
• Even a single incorrect digit can cause failed payments, delays, or funds being sent to the wrong account.

I wanted to pay $355
I wanted to pay $355.60 to settle the account in full with most recent bill that arrived today, but QB wouldn't let me edit the amount above one hundred something dollars. Totally a drag. Now I will have to drop off a check for the current balance . QB experience totally cumbersome. I don't recommend QB!
