Nothing real bad her
Nothing real bad here just a couple things I noticed this round. First thing is I get so many emails from Knapp during the process it's hard to pick out the important emails. I just delete most of the emails because they aren't important or are just advertising. That's auto delete. So I'm pretty sure I sent the first couple emails telling me the return was completed straight to the trash. Maybe if a different format could be used or from a different email address would make it more noticable. The second issue is that my return cost over $1700…

I lost track of the email account linked to my service. That is on me. But I wish there was a way to pay all past-due bills at once. Again... this was my error but I am now having to go in to QuickBooks 7 separate times to pay online. (oops)

I would say show more information about what I’m paying for, in this case, the dates I’m booking and the line items. I’m not sure if that’s possible but it’d be great!

By this time, Intuit
By this time, Intuit should have the ability to accept credit card payments for invoices! Intuit REALLY needs to step up their game here. :( I have several clients who MUST (according to their company rules) pay with a credit card, so there is no use utilizing this service from Intuit at this point. Total WASTE of TIME to even have a service that can only link to checking and savings accounts at banks!

Process was very easy but it would be nice if Invoice adjusted total when paying by check - this merchant automatically charges a 4% fee on the Invoice, but if you choose to pay from your bank account, they waive it. I can easily edit the amount, but it looks like I only made a partial payment even though I paid in full. Thank you!

Why not offer the option of downloading the invoice and the receipt together instead of separately? I end up combining them manually in a PDF for my records anyway.

Payment cannot be confirmed because your app continues to ask for a valid first and last name for a business checking account. This is a business invoice payment from a business checking account. Why is it asking for a personal first and last name?
