This regards my Medi
This regards my Medical Insurance with EPI. Why am I always charged with a returned payment in the amount of $36.00 every month since October 2025 since I have a good bank account and it has funds in it. I keep on calling EPI accounts regarding this matter but nothing is resolved in this problem. I was suppose to pay only $95.00 a month but I always pay $131.00. Kindly please give me an answer and solution to this problem. I raised this with my bank but they said my account is good. I wonder why?

Great service. We needed our lift in first so that in the following week we could get our new dock installed by the dock company we bought it from. We had an approximate idea where the lift should be but it was still a guess. The guys offered to come back out and reposition the lift if it was not in the right place for free. The lift was very close to where it belonged and we were able to move it the few inches closer to the newly installed dock no need for a second trip. Nice to know…
