Remove QuicksBooks logo from email and invoice
Could you please remove all QuickBooks logo, links, mentionned (optimized by QuickBooks) from the invoice and email? Having all those 3rd party stuff in our invoice/email diminish the quality of our branding and thereofre we are not using your inoivce system (unfortunately) because of that. More over when you click on print button from the print/save button in the email it navigates to QuickBooks, that is a bad user experience, our customer should not have to navigate to Quicbooks at all. Ability to split payments
Ability to process a payment using multiple payment sources. Example…$1000 invoice and be able to pay an amount on one credit card and then the remainder on a second credit card. A number of merchants how this feature.

Blacklist certain customers from auto invoice reminders
Please allow us to blacklist certain customers so that they don't receive automatic invoice renewals. Not all of our customers appreciate the automatic renewals, especially when there are substantial completion holdbacks.

Show the detailed itemized invoice info in the online link (instead of having to download it). Let the customer view it before they pay.
Customers who are not tech savvy cannot "find" the detailed list from the invoice PDF because there is only a small "download invoice" link that they don't notice. The info should be clearly viewable in the URL link to review before they pay, once they click in the emailed invoice button to pay online. see screenshot. a detailed view of what the customer is paying for is a common practice for any online merchant to offer to their customers. Please implement this.

Auto credit Card Fee
My vendor has to manually remove credit card fees even though I didnt use c.c. for the transactions. There is no breakdown. Makes it a little confusing bc it's added to the subtotal and I also get taxed on that fee but then needs to be removed from the total. There should be a simpler way for the vendor to be able to calculate based on how the customer paid.

How about getting your bank transfer to work!!!!
I entered my routing number and bank account information correctly. How about letting it go through and not saying payment method declined with no additional info!!!!!

remove default message for online invoice
My clients pay a down payment for balance due on delivery. I send them a copy of their invoice showing the balance.
There is a default message requesting immediate payment - which is in error requesting that they now make another payment!
Please remove this default message.
And the grammatical construction of the message is not correct.1 vote -
