   Your mandatory convenience fee is a scam when it's the only option to pay. These fees should be imposed on the biller without penalty to the person forced to use the service. This is part of price gouging. Your service sucks. Try billing the company.

   Paying cash be great. As I was told paying no upfront payment until delivery and cash is accepted on delivery. When I get the invoice it shows paying up front with card only. How you know you won’t get scammed? There’s no promise that you get your money back

    why are you disabling paste into the input fields? do you know that makes it basically impossible to pay on mobile and is incredibly irritating on a computer? stupid stupid stupid UX decision. how could manually typing/transposing an account number be more accurate that cutting and pasting from my bank information? so frustrating.
