I have tried for days to pay my dues to my homeowners association... my bank says all my information is correct ... they even checked with their ACH department and there was not even an effort from your company to ask for the $325.00 transfer! They informed me that this problem is on your side, not the bank's! wish I knew what's going on... do not feel like paying a penalty for your problem!
