    When I'm paying for weekly service I do expect you to show up and do the work I'm paying for each and every week after all if I don't show up for work I don't get paid.

  2. Mail invoices a month before due

    Send invoice in the mail. Many of us receive too much email and because of email burnout I missed the email and paid late fees and for fees that were not discussed with initial self directed IRA setup.

  4. Making CC payments always available instead of when your system is "in the mood"

    Payment screen is oftentimes unavailable. I got rid of my other CC processor because rates here were cheaper. But now I want to go back to my old processor. At least I could process payments when I needed to.

  7. FIX THE SITE! Im not the only one having difficulty-yet it never gets fixed!

    Waiting, waiting, waiting to be able to hit the PAY button-nothing, I wonder how much you are charging the place Im trying to pay for this services because its too much!

  10. Your service sucks! I click on the email and then there's no link to pay the invoice.

    Oh... I don't know, maybe a link to pay the actual invoice in the email you send would be good. Also, maybe being able to pay from my smartphone? This service SUCKS! Its 2019. Maybe try having a user friendly billing system.

  17. Month identification

    I think I just paid a bill twice for October! And then paid for November. Payment was supposed to be for November and December. I realize what's confusing: the bill number doesn't show the month you are paying for. Someone please check this out! Is there a way to see my payment history? Thank you.   18. Please set up like debit card was with this check I got also.

    When The Lawn Team asked me to start paying with my checkbook instead of debit card I have to go in every time to fill out routing info and account number. Be nice if it was set up to where when I entered it, I wouldn’t have to do it every single month over and over again.

  20. "An unexpected error has occurred." is an unacceptable manner of saying "this vendor does not accept AMEX." Wasting my time!

    I entered my amex card 5 times... same error... "An unexpected error has occurred." and I tried it both as a credit card and a debit card. So I give up and try my master card... and it works... So I google search for "Intuit won't accept AMEX" and I find this link...

    so apparently vendors can remove the ability to pay with Amex, but Intuit coders can't craft a user friendly error message to let us know why our payment can't be processed...

    Makes me glad I didn't choose intuit for my customers to pay us.
