I am a consumer who is using your system to pay a vendor. My credit cards have extra percentage discounts for specific purchase categories; examples include online shopping, groceries and home repairs. There is very mininal information in your payment system that indicates to my credit card issuers that purchases made via Intuit Quickbooks are from specific product categories. Please add purchase categorization details to your payment system.

Trying to set up an
Trying to set up an auto pay account to pay my Sky Ten Communications monthly invoice. Since you already have my email, it is not allowing me to continue to set up. You need to get a PERSON answering, instead of AI to not help at all, very frustrating and time consuming to not have any customer service!!! I called them after to tell them. PLEASE work your issues out with tis company asap. Thanks very much.

I purposefully desel
I purposefully deselected save payment information yet I get this response on the payment confirmation: Account created and payment method saved to your wallet
When I click the follow-up links I'm taken to an Intuit account page with no details about my wallet.
Clarify your messaging and don't steal data.

I recommend sending an email instead of the text message so that we can keep the payment documentation in relevant tax documents of the year along with with general tax filing documents

I never realized how
I never realized how much would appreciate pick-up and delivery of professionally cleaned clothes, but I do! nd thet do an exceptional job x all the way from the friendly appointment for pick-up (with a real person) to the simplicity of setting out the strong and attractive clothes bag for pick-up, and quick turn-around for delivery.

I can't enter our full account owner's name even though I have put a payment in with "Business Checking" selected. Your interface demands a first and last name.

It said that I could
It said that I could set the payment date, but when I tried to do so, the website would not let me set the date I wanted which was 5/31/2026
