I just paid thru App
I just paid thru Apple Pay and selected bank instead of credit card to not get the credit card fee but was still charged. I would have preferred sending a check had I known the fee would apply.

It is incredibly dif
It is incredibly difficult to edit the payment amount. Figuring out how to activate the Edit Amount button is infuriatingly difficult. A very bad payment product.

Can someone explain how to save phone conversations on an iPhone?
Some people are googling how can record call in iphone, but Apple doesn't offer a native call recording app. Most people use call recording apps from the App Store that combine calls with a recording service. Others use separate recording apps or an additional phone on speakerphone. But this comes with varying levels of quality. Don't forget that call recording may be against the law in your country or state.

I received the invoi
I received the invoice on my email and when I clicked on the link to pay it, I filled in my email address. Then I got a message that you recognized my email and I could request a one-time code to simplify things, so I did. But you didn't send the code to my email. You sent it to my husband's cell phone, so I didn't have access to the code. I ended up starting the process over and paying the bill as a guest.

The payment was 2x the estimate without the itemized difference given at time of payment. I will not use this vendor again due to this discrepancy.. they said they did estimates not quotes - this is likely the reason why.
