I received the invoice on my email and when I clicked on the link to pay it, I filled in my email address. Then I got a message that you recognized my email and I could request a one-time code to simplify things, so I did. But you didn't send the code to my email. You sent it to my husband's cell phone, so I didn't have access to the code. I ended up starting the process over and paying the bill as a guest.
