I don't understand what has changed regarding getting a pdf of may PAID receipt. It used to be so easy. Now when I click on Download Confirmation, it takes me to a zip file with the invoice, not a receipt.

Don't charge such a
Don't charge such a high fee for making a payment. It is all through the computer so the fee really could be lower. As a business owner I would NEVER use this service for my customers due to the high fee.

There are multiple i
There are multiple invoices for various vehicles but there's no memo line that allows the service provider to help us understand which vehicle is being worked on. In the same token when we onboard a new client that has a specific location and or class QuickBooks does not offer the ability to memorize that location and or class that helps us identify a source of expense or income for that client. The only time we can at a class or location is when an invoice is being generated and or an automated invoices being generated

Every single time I
Every single time I pay an invoice I highlight the box to save my bank information. But, every single time I pay the invoice I have to keep putting in the bank information all over again. Why is that?
