There are multiple invoices for various vehicles but there's no memo line that allows the service provider to help us understand which vehicle is being worked on. In the same token when we onboard a new client that has a specific location and or class QuickBooks does not offer the ability to memorize that location and or class that helps us identify a source of expense or income for that client. The only time we can at a class or location is when an invoice is being generated and or an automated invoices being generated
