Accept credit cards
Not allowing clients to pay by card is not good. Asking them for a personal checking account info with all the fraud and hacking that occurs is concerning.

Customer Statements - Bulk Action
I have had this happen so many times, I go to customers, select all, batch actions, create statements and for some reason it does not send statements out to all customers.

Allow for companies to turn off quickbooks payments for invoices
The new template layout forces you to have a "Pay Invoice" option that automatically prints on invoices and automatically sends when you email an invoice. We don't offer (and do not want to offer) quickbook payments. There needs to be a way to shut this off. As a small company, we do not want to offer credit card payments due to fees associated with them and our customers are fine with paying checks. Also in NY we are no longer allowed to charge a credit card processing fee without offering two payment options on the invoice (which does not work).…

FIX THE APP. We run a plumbing contracting business, sometimes have 4-5 jobs per day. Now after working all day in the field, my husband has to come home and spend hours invoicing that should've been done in the field. AND we have to wait to get paid when he should've been paid with the customer in front of him. MAJOR inconvenience and shld not be with a big fat online tech giant. Autopay - like a credit card is set up. If the invoice changes month to month, so would your autopay amount.

Make receipts available after payment.
I miss clicked onto invoice and when I return to previous page the receipt is nowhere to be found. This makes it frustrating because I like to keep track of all my payments.
