  2. No where do I see that payment is by bank draft, nor date money will be withdrawn. Other businesses do that. Why don’t you?

  18. Notification of payment

    Please have an option to email a payee to let them know that their payment has been submitted or pending until clearance. This will help eliminate a purchaser double paying for a service or product.

    When I'm paying for weekly service I do expect you to show up and do the work I'm paying for each and every week after all if I don't show up for work I don't get paid.

  20. Mail invoices a month before due

    Send invoice in the mail. Many of us receive too much email and because of email burnout I missed the email and paid late fees and for fees that were not discussed with initial self directed IRA setup.
