4. My book keeper uses QB for paying him, I cannot see anywhere which invoice is paid. It's not intuitive whatsoever. I hate using it.

   Your invoice is in error. $480 is not correct it should be 255 I am not sure why Cochran Landscaping can’t get the app together in addresses please call me as I will not pay until we get this satisfied

14. Make a proper portal for large payments. I’m not jazzed at paying a bill through EMAIL. Not safe at all.

    To “set up” payments over $500. shouldn’t be expected to be done through an EMAIL account.
    This is completely new to me. It’s safety is questionable at the very least.
    Of course everyone “likes” to use QuickBooks because it’s easy, but to expect tenants or customers to trust this manner of paying bills? Nope... It’s sketchy and there should be a better option.

18. Allow for unusual legal names. Had to try variations before accepting.

    My legal name has an apostrophe in it and isn't accepted in the payment process.
