  1. Better explain EFT

    Some customers are leery of entering bank routing number etc, saying it felt unsafe. I prefer this option to save on fees, so please add an explanation to the payment page of what EFT is (“like an electronic check”) and how it’s safe for my customers to use. Thanks!

    Trying to pay an invoice on iPhone, iPad & PC, getting error to retry every time. Better access to customer service would be great. Tried all suggestions given in help. Frustrated & need to pay.

  8. Putting what the charge is for would make it better. Time frames, if it is for a certain thing like monthly rent or servicing of unit etc.

  18. Finish work before requesting payment. I

    Finish the work you’re billing for before threatening to file a lien. I still have 5 items left incomplete. Unprofessional and illegal. If my items aren’t completed within the next 30 days or at least started with a reasonable completion date I’ll be taking legal action and filing legal documentation myself, after 30 days of incomplete work.
