  2. Can I add comments to my payment to keep track

  3. Payment by echeck is safe and convenient. Why would you punish people paying their bill on time ?

    Paying by check or cash is not only inconvenient it is a huge step backwards!!! I seldom make it to the post office let alone the 42 miles round trip to your office. Please reconsider charging me extra for paying my bill on time every time.

  8. Make payment links actually useable / error-free

    (1) Actually have QBD payment links work without any errors. (Maybe just tell us the service is PERMANENTLY unavailable instead of giving both vendors and customers false hope.)
    (2) Have QBD payment status link useable without any errors.
    (3) Have customer service actually work to fix the problem, instead of wasting hours and months, instead just further ignoring the issue.
    (4) Just tell your QB payments customers to go find a 3rd party payment processing service instead, as Intuit/QB will NEVER fix this!!

  10. Print entire field contents for "Card Number" & "Name on Card" fields.

    When I print out the payment screen, the "Card Number" and "Name on Card" fields contents are cut off. Could you please expand the printed field boxes width to display all data so that the entire field contents will print?

  14. I’m frequently experiencing unable to export to excel from QuickBooks error while trying to upgrade the QuickBooks software. How to settle t

    Well, at times, Windows User Account Control settings (UAC) are meant to restrict unwanted threats. With this troubleshooting step, you can temporarily disable the Windows User Account Control settings and check if this resolved the export QuickBooks to excel error or not.
    In the beginning, tap on the Windows Start button and then look for UAC.
    Now, select the Change User Account Control Settings option and edit the settings to Never Notify.
    You need to press the OK button and restart your Windows.
    In the end, try exporting a form or report from QuickBooks in Excel format and later check…
