The eft fees are so uncompetitive that it forces one to pay by check. Bad for you Intuit
No one charges the same fee for both credit cards and eft transfers… I guess except Quickbooks. Really poor idea and bad for both the customer and the merchant . Greedy on the part of Intuit when we know the clearing house fees are something like $0.25 per transaction. Guess you don’t think the users of Quickbooks know this.

New Estimate Layout
I have several small changes to request:
Estimate email format (Modern) is centered - should be left aligned.

Mail the invoice with a return address
Not everyone has access to a printer. I need a copy for tax purposes. Also, the invoice can get lost in email. If you could provide an address to send the check to, that would be helpful. Not all banks do Apple Pay. That includes Bank Prov.

Better Communication
Send nvoices complete with days and itemsized services directly to my email at: bandpcoyne@cox.net instead of to Maureen Coyne. This way we can be more timely in our communications,response and payments. Thank You

How do I dispute an invoice?
We paid an invoice and just found out that it did not go to the intended company. We were asked to dispute it, but do not see a way to do that.

Improve Credit Card Payment
I cannot update my credit card, and the amount of hours tried and the amount of emails sent and the amount of hours spent in support chats is INSANE. I hope you can solve this. I would hate to change provider.

LInks in new users emails are not working
I cannot add new users to my company. They get the invitation email, but the links are broken. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

Add an option to decline making a payment.
This is for a service I no longer use. If I could click on an option to decline making a payment (and the seller would be notified), that would be helpful.
