PLEASE let me pay an
PLEASE let me pay an invoice using my credit card! Paying cash from my bank accounts is a security breach waiting to happen, and when a bank account is hit the funds are considered "gone" and take weeks to recover.
A credit card? Instant recovery (actually, there's no loss whatsoever).
Again, please let me pay by credit card from now on!

I have tried to change my old card pmt to new number and it shows new # but every month you try to charge the old #. This has been going on for over 6 mos. Take me off autopay

Great improvement over previous years. Improvement suggestion: list on inv how & what previous year's POA dues benefited us. I see little to no benefit for my poa dues last 17 yrs.

I feel like paying i
I feel like paying immediately online via ACH should not result in a convenience fee. The alternative was waiting on a check via Chase bill pay that would take up to 10 days. Just my opinion.

For years users have requested to be able to paste in the Account Number confirmation and this request has been ignored. It doesn't serve any purpose to force the user to type in the Account Number confirmation.
