Best Way to Invoice Bulk Packaging Orders in QuickBooks?
I run a small business that sells custom cardboard boxes for candles and other retail products. Many of my customers place bulk orders, and I want to streamline the invoicing process in QuickBooks.
Right now, I manually enter order details, but I wonder if there’s a better way to handle bulk transactions, apply discounts, and manage recurring orders efficiently. Also, is there a way to auto-calculate shipping costs based on package dimensions?

Make the option to schedule the payment for a certain date a payer option, no is going to pay it until they mean to anyway. At least this way the payer can schedule it instead of waiting and forgetting.

I did an ACH last time and it still charged me the 2.99%. I talked to my rep and he said to just minus it from this payment along with taking out the 2.99 and it says theirs still money owed which is bull

Perfect! I just looked at Quicken for March bills and saw I would need to pay. Would have called 3/3 to check $ amount for Del Webb and proceed to pay. Whoa Nellie, all to my email without me having to do anything further other than enter CC info!
