1. Access Customer info from Invoice

   You should be able to access customer info to edit from within the invoice page. It is cumbersome to have to go back into the customer page once you are already within an invoice. There should be a clickable link to edit to customer or have the customer info on the side of the page like it is in desktop.

5. You can actually have the checkout process work with some regularity

   Actually make the payment process work with some degree of regularity. Often it won’t process or the invoice is for wrong amount.

9. I would like, as a customer, to be able to change credit cards or at least update them.

   I'm facing this issue now. Need to update the card w new expiration date and have to bother the vendor to do it because I cant do it myself

11. Let me make my payment

    After using this program for several years, it seems that I am having trouble logging into the payment page. I fix the problem but it re occurs.
    Start a support site for users to log into to find fixes for “bugs”.

18. Every time I try the circle just keeps going round and round and never brings up the site.

    Improve your capacity because it is a joke. Impossible to get in just keeps going in circles circles circles. You can get the PDF but you can’t make a payment what good is that for the company as the rely on you?
