Better Product creation fields
We would also appreciate having the following new fields when creating a new item or editing existing item:
- Our SKU
- Supplier SKU
- Manufacturer SKU
- Barcode
Adding these fields when creating or editing an item will help both Purchase Orders (ensuring correct items are ordered) and sales side. The barcode field will also help improve POS integration as we make life easier for your long-time clients as well as new ones. This could also automate Purchase Orders and Invoices as they can come in as a data feed from QBO user to QBO user.

This feature to add multiple custom data fields to Products and/or Services shall be made available a.s.a.p. Please prioritize this feature release.

I agree 100%. We are new user to QBO just transferring from another business program. The Product fields really need all of the above fields like our other accounting program has. I find it really odd that as big as quick books is that this is not available. Please bring it on!
