2. Every time I try the circle just keeps going round and round and never brings up the site.

   Improve your capacity because it is a joke. Impossible to get in just keeps going in circles circles circles. You can get the PDF but you can’t make a payment what good is that for the company as the rely on you?

5. Lately, every attempt to pay results in an error message suggesting I try to connect later. This used to be a hassle free transaction.

   This has become quite the hassle to complete a transaction. Constant error messages, no matter the time of day. Not sure what has changed but I’m going to consider other options at this point.
