   Allow me to name checking accounts so I can easily differentiate when making a payment. The way it is now, I need to look up account numbers so I don’t pay from the wrong one.

2. Zipcode

   I'm trying to pay an invoice but the zipcode is numerical. In the uk the postcode consists of numbers AND letters.

3. Having a cash option available.

   For people like me, I prefer to use cash over a card. And having a cash/in person option along with the other options could allow for more business.

7. You can actually have the checkout process work with some regularity

11. I would like, as a customer, to be able to change credit cards or at least update them.

    I'm facing this issue now. Need to update the card w new expiration date and have to bother the vendor to do it because I cant do it myself

13. Let me make my payment

    After using this program for several years, it seems that I am having trouble logging into the payment page. I fix the problem but it re occurs.
    Start a support site for users to log into to find fixes for “bugs”.

20. Every time I try the circle just keeps going round and round and never brings up the site.

    Improve your capacity because it is a joke. Impossible to get in just keeps going in circles circles circles. You can get the PDF but you can’t make a payment what good is that for the company as the rely on you?
