2. You can actually have the checkout process work with some regularity

6. I would like, as a customer, to be able to change credit cards or at least update them.

   I'm facing this issue now. Need to update the card w new expiration date and have to bother the vendor to do it because I cant do it myself

8. Let me make my payment

   After using this program for several years, it seems that I am having trouble logging into the payment page. I fix the problem but it re occurs.
   Start a support site for users to log into to find fixes for “bugs”.

15. Every time I try the circle just keeps going round and round and never brings up the site.

    Improve your capacity because it is a joke. Impossible to get in just keeps going in circles circles circles. You can get the PDF but you can’t make a payment what good is that for the company as the rely on you?

18. Lately, every attempt to pay results in an error message suggesting I try to connect later. This used to be a hassle free transaction.

    This has become quite the hassle to complete a transaction. Constant error messages, no matter the time of day. Not sure what has changed but I’m going to consider other options at this point.
