The name on my credi
The name on my credit card is C Burt Caldwell, but your system will not let me use the 'C': therefore you are forcing me to input a wrong cc name.

They need to offer C
They need to offer Credit Card payments. If they are worried about percentage charges, make it transparent when the client is deciding how to pay.
