I have to click view invoice 3 different places before I can view the invoice. Can it just come in as the invoice with the details up front?

i paid this invoice
i paid this invoice a while back but the service provider said it wasnt paid. i check the bank account and it never was debited. this is the 2nd time a payment from checking didnt go through

I was not notified t
I was not notified that there would be a $25.00 convenience fee until after it processed. Otherwise I would have sent a check. That is a ridiculous fee! How can you justify charging so much when other systems & lenders can send wires for no fee at all.
