   Charging a $25 convenience for an e-check is unheard of and I will never use this service again. To be honest, I will probably look for another company to handle my needs in the future. I hope the $25 was worth losing my business.

    Please do not include ALL invoices together during the payment process.
    Sometimes there is a legitimate reason an invoice is not paid right away. Now I have accidently just paid invoices that I do not have approvals on.

    We have a one name business. It would be great if you didn't require a first and last name to make a payment. Also, it would be great if you could just give me the receipt, but Intuit must make things difficult for no reason at all and make me download it and require a code to download the receipt. Do better, Intuit, do better.

    I can't get on my freakin Intuit account... I HATE INTUIT!!! All your password resets fail. I'm not going to sit on the phone for 2 hours to talk to a person in Asia about why your service sucks. Recommending to merchant to use ANY other payment service.
