    I always have to ask for another link to be sent to my email that has a "Pay" button. Also it would help if the invoice numbers and dates are on each document but they are not so it is confusing to make sure each invoice is paid.

16. The instructions fro

    The instructions from QuickBooks said that the "Review and Pay" button was "editable". When I clicked on the button, the total invoice amount was deducted from my checking account. I had to call the Issuer and my bank to explain the error. QuickBooks said would reverse the payment, but it could take until tomorrow. That is unsatisfactory. They sent me another invoice with the Edit button at the top of the page.

    Include the invoice number being payed on the payment receipt to match up and reconcile with print and digital copies of both Invoice and Payment Receipt. Makes having to look for it for reconciling is a huge pain in the A*$.
