For an annual invoicing system such as this, I would recommend sending 90, 60, and 30 day notices. This can be automated and would be much appreciated by your customers.

Put payment link inside of invoice, so you don't have to go back to the email to pay if you are using a payables service.

I used to be able to
I used to be able to log into my account where it had my info stored once I clicked on the "Review and Pay"button in email that was sent to me. I now have to enter all of my bank information each time. Not a good user experience.

start taking credit
start taking credit card / debit card payments online to pay these bills. the amounts are handled faster, you are immediately guaranteed payment, and it's easier than putting in all the information every time.

I would like this pa
I would like this payment to be entered into my QBO register when I make the payment. I am logged into my account, but I do not see any way to auto enter this into my own register.
